  • What is Zenless Zone Zero?

    Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ, 绝区零) is a Urban Fantasy ARPG game. The story takes place in the near future, where a mysterious natural disaster known as the "Hollows" has occurred. A new kind of city has emerged in this disaster-ridden world known as "New Eridu". This last 'oasis' has mastered the technology to co-exist with the Hollows, and is home to a whole host of chaotic, boisterous, dangerous and very active factions. As a professional 'Proxy', you will play a crucial role in linking the city with the Hollows.

  • When can I pre-download the game?

    Zenless Zone Zero's pre-download has officially begun on July 2, 2024! The official release will be available on PC, Android, iOS, and PlayStation®5.

    Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.0, "Welcome to New Eridu," will go live across multiple platforms on July 4, 2024, at 10:00 AM (UTC+8) and will be available for pre-download from July 2.

  • I played the closed beta. Can I install HoYoPlay directly?

    To guarantee the best experience, please uninstall all old game clients before installing HoYoPlay if you have previously installed Tuning Test, Equalizing Test, or Amplifying Test. If HoYoPlay locates any closed beta test pack, please do not select that test pack on the confirmation screen. If you mistakenly do so, press [Game Details > home button right-hand menu > Game Settings > Basic Info > Re-locate Game] to re-select, or re-download all game resources again after first uninstalling the old pack.

  • When does the full version of the game officially launch?

    Zenless Zone Zero is scheduled to launch on PC, Android, iOS, and PlayStation®5 on July 4 at 10:00 (UTC +8).

  • Can I log into Zenless Zone Zero using a HoYoverse ID from a different game?

    Yes — you can login and experience ZZZ using your regular HoYoverse ID.

  • How many servers will Zenless Zone Zero deploy at launch?

    A total of 4 servers: Americas, Asia, Europe & Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau.

  • Can I switch servers?

    Game data between different ZZZ servers is mutually independent, meaning switching servers is unsupported. Please take note.

  • What are the device requirements for the official game launch?

    To ensure the best gaming experience for every Proxy, we recommend the following specifications:

  • How do I switch between controller and keyboard/mouse?

    If you have both a controller and keyboard/mouse connected, you can switch between them in the following ways:

    1. Switch modes from the top-left corner menu in-game > Options > Input > UI Layout.
    2. On some screens, you may press the Esc key or the Option button on your controller to quick-switch between the keyboard/mouse and controller. This is currently supported on the following screens: Login, City, most Hollow select screens, and in combat.

    We will keep optimizing this input switching function in the future, and hope to bring you an even better experience.

  • Do any benefits come with the first top-up?

    During the official release, every slot in the Monochrome Market can get a one-off double bonus. Please take note of related news for future bonus refreshes.

  • How can I quickly learn about all in-game events, benefits, and news for each region?

    Follow the social media accounts of each Zenless Zone Zero region to get first-hand info on all the benefits.

  • What rewards and events are there prior to the official game launch?

    Pre-Registration Milestone Rewards: Once 40 million players have pre-registered, Proxies can claim A-Rank Agent Corin (Attack/Physical), Master Tape ×20, Boopon ×5, and Denny ×30,000. Click to head to the ZZZ Pre-Registration Milestones Event

    "Stock Up" Pre-Draw Web Event Rewards: These are issued based on the final items claimed by each Proxy on the event website. Click for the pre-draw web event "Stock Up"

  • How can I claim these event rewards?

    There are different ways to claim Pre-registration Milestone Rewards and "Stock Up" Pre-Draw Web Event rewards. See as follows:

    • Pre-Registration Milestone Rewards: Unlock the Mail system in-game to claim these rewards via Mail.
    • "Stock Up" Pre-Draw Web Event Rewards: From 7/4/2024 (UTC +8), there will be a "Claim Rewards" button on the Inventory page. Make sure you use the same HoYoverse ID as when you created your character and select the server region and corresponding game account you wish for rewards to be sent to on the event page. Please note that the corresponding server region and account cannot be changed once claimed.

    Mail is valid for and must be claimed within 180 days. Please ensure you claim your mail and all attachments in time.

  • Can each platform/channel account claim all types of benefits?

    Pre-Registration Milestone Rewards are claimed differently from "Stock Up" Pre-Draw Web Event Rewards. See as follows:

    • Pre-registration Milestone rewards can be claimed by Proxies when logging into the game on any device.
    • "Stock Up" Pre-Draw Web Event rewards can be claimed by logging into the game using the same HoYoverse ID that took part in the event. Please note that the corresponding server region and account cannot be changed once claimed.

  • What type of game is "Zenless Zone Zero"?

    Zenless Zone Zero is an urban fantasy action role-playing game with survival themes and roguelike elements.

  • Where can I download the game?

    The game is available for download on PC, PS4, PS5, Android, and iOS platforms, with specific download methods varying by platform.

  • What is a "Proxy"?

    A "Proxy" is the role that players assume in the game, guiding individuals through the exploration of the Hollows as a special profession.

  • What languages are supported by the game?

    The game supports multiple languages, including Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, etc. For specific supported languages, please refer to the official game information.
